Running really rich!
Running really rich!
For some reason Im running rich and dont know why. I recently replaced the 02 sensors and Im still blowing black smoke out the tail pipes. I have a pcmforless tune for my cam and I know they are notorious for being lean but I wonder if I having my car dyno tuned could fix my problem. I just hate getting out of my car and smelling like 93 octane. I had someone ask me if I was running racing fuel in my car and I was like no, its just running rich.

Im having the same frigging problem.......and it runs like crap once its warmed up, and starts throwing black smoke etc.......... and let me tell you man, this one guy at work told me that his eyes were watering from the smoke that came out my cars pipes..hahahahhaha. ;( dude this sucks.

try cleaning your MAF wires with a q tip and alcohol, do it VERY carfully though, dont put any pressure on the tiny cross wires, just gently wipe along them with the q tip doused in alcohol, basically get all the black grime off of them
Mine is doing the same thing and I have FINALLY thew a code for the EGR. When I put the supercharger on, I'm totally eliminating the Air Pump and EGR. I can almost guarantee that you're having the same problem.
