running lean and TPS

I got an SES light today, and it comes out to 'Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage' and also it shows i'm running lean (cant remember which code# this was) (most likely the o2s are shot since the prev guy didnt change them, and i got 90K miles)

how much are o2 sensors? (cheapest one i can get :P) i believe i need 4? (maybe i can get sims for the back since they would be cheaper) but i need sensors for the front 2 i believe...

also how do i fix the TPS voltage problem?

thx!

Check the screws on your TPS switch that's on the throttle body. It prolly came loose. If you have access to a scanner you can look at your TPS voltage, it sohuld be somewhere from 0.50 - 0.62
