last time I had my car on the dyno for tuning I was told by the tuner that it wasn't responding to trying to richen it up down low.

Any idea what would cause this? I've checked my fuel pressure and it seems to be fine. Holds at wot.

The book says it could be my fuel pressure regulator. Anyone had this problem?
