running the car on friday with nitrous, will it be safe?

I'm running a grudge match against my friends Mustang on Friday. I plan on spraying for the first timeduring this race. I have stock injectors and fuel pump. The rest of my mods are in my sig, with the addition of BFG drag radials. What shot will my motor be safe with? What should my stock fuel pressure be? Thanks in advance, Tom.

Stock fuel pressure should be 43#

More info on the kit is needed before people can give you good advice.
If I were you I'd stick to a 100 shot for your first time.
Don't spray below 3k rpm and stay below your rev limiter.

Yes, it should be safe as long as it is done right. Like getz said stay with a 100 shot. That should be enough for now. You can always add more later on after you get used to it. Good luck on the race.

The nitrous kit I'm running is a GM EFI wet kit from Nitrous Works. Thanks for the info and the luck guys. I'll be sure to whoop up on another Mustang ........I'll let everyone know how I did. If I know him, all I have to do is tree his a$$ off the line and he'll blow the tires awayto catch me.
