RPM Range?

RPM Range?
My car is idiling at 1000rpm when I start the car and the rpm is around 850rpm in drive,Is this normal. I am getting an AIR(P0410) ses light and was wondering if they may be related.Thanks

Found a pips connected to the passengers side check valve from the AIR was loose.Tighted it up and my rpms went down.I'm sure it can't be that easy,nothing ever is.
