rpm module

ok i just installed a auto meter shift light and i need a rpm module to make it work. it says to connect the green wire to the tach terminal. where is the tach terminal? do i have to connect there? i have a 95 z28. thanks for the help

2 common places. You can use the coil, or I used the wire coming off the back of the pcm. Check shoebox's website for the pinout.

Is the wire off the pcm going to be more accurate? I know the stock tach is always off, so I want to make sure my light is right on.
