I have a 96' Z28, that when you start it, let it warm up to temp, and then drive it for a mile or so it acts like it's not getting gas and idles rough, almost, but doesn't die. If I'm at a light when this happens, I can put it in neutral and gas it until it clears out. Once it's done actting strange for a couple minutes it runs perfectly fine. I was thinking it's a throttle sensor problem, but I didn't get a code? any ideas?

 

Dirty injectors? What kind of fuel are you running? When was the fuel filter last changed?

 

I always run 93 in it. I'll check the fuel filter tmrw, I've had it going on year 2, and haven't changed it.
It seems to be worse on wet, or more humid days, hardly any troubles on below 30 degree days.

This happens to me whenever I reset the PCM. It takes at least a weeks worth of driving every day before it clears out.
Anything done to the car like a TB or headers or tune?

 

Just a tune, I believe the tune in it now is from at least 10 years ago, and hasn't been touched. I just got software, but haven't touched it yet, it's been too cold out. I have to look at my fans then too.
