Rough Idle, and doesnt want to hold RPMS

my car idles like it has a big choppy cam in it but at idle it stalls out. i can pump the throttle to keep it running, but if i try to hold it at 2k rpms it doesnt hold there and just jumps down and stalls. my fuel pressure jumps to 43 psi then drops to 40, with the engine running it goes to 37.

fuel [resure is a little low, but how mary miles on the clock? The last time you did a tune up? Replace the cap and rotor?

i just bought the car with 58k miles, i ran it for 2k and then it just started to do this, i have replaced nothing on the motor and not sure what has been changed, i bought it at a dealership seems like they would do a tune up before selling, are there any tests i can do to make sure its not the opti or any other sensors?

Also i have heard a rumor that you can check for codes with a paper clip by connecting the A and B terminal?

most of the sensor like maf, tps, map , and o2 should throw a code. you can see if your egr is working by seeing if you can open it by hand. It is on the back of the manifold. push on the diaphagm and see if it open freely and that it is suck. If you can keep the car running as you open the egr at idle the engine should die.
