So do you have to change the Springs? Or can I just bolt them on?

Yes, do a search. You at least need LT4 springs.

I Searched and came up with very little except that some people say just bolt them on and others say you have to replace the valve springs and push rods.I'd like to here from people that did both!!

you need LT4 springs if you using the stock cam. and I would get hardend pushrods & guideplates if you get NSA roller rockers. If you get SA roller rockers stock pushrods and no guide plates.

For 1.6 NSA rockers, you will need guideplates (GMPP or ISKY adjustable sre good choices), replacement springs (LT4 work, and so do many others) and I would recommend replacing your pushrods with stock length (7.20") hardened ones. Some will say the '95s came with hardened pushrods from the factory, but I would replace them anyway.

The 7/16" studs are also a cheap upgrade, especially since the hole in the head is already 7/16", and the stock studs step it down to 3/8"; so the 7/16" ones just screw right in. You have to take them out to install the guideplates anyway, so might as well replace them with something better ..... just make sure the RR you plan to get are for 7/16" studs.

Thomas.

I have a dumb question but what advantage is there to a 7/16th stud over the 3/8ths?

They are a little over twice as thick on the part that the rocker arm is attatched to. Thus, in theory, being more apt to take a beating an withstand greater pressures created by high-revving and higher lifts.
