Rod and main cap torque

I am rebuilding a stock 93 Lt1 bottom end. Two questions, what lube should I use on the bolts, I was going to use normal 10-30 oil. I am useing all stock fastners. I need the engine main cap bolt torque and the rod cap bolt torque. Thanks.

Lightly coat the threads ("light" means the bolt should not be dripping with oil) and underside of the head of the bolt.

Follow the specs you'll be fine.

One question though... are you using factory bolts or ARP, etc.?
