What is need to install 1.6 ratio roller rockers?

What is approx. rwhp gain from adding 1.6s and springs to an otherwise stock valvetrain and cam setup? I've seen some people do this... tho I would prefer to do it all at once... I can see how this would be an ok temporary solution for low budget.
