i need someone's input on what kind of springs, rockers, TimingC i should run

i plan on running the GM847 cam ..... 234/242 on 112lsa

what springs would hold up to this cam

and im not sure what rockers i should use... non-self aligning or self-aligning?

what timing chain...... i have the vented opti conversion...
and i do NOT want to use the lt4 chain


any suggestions would be most helpfull
