LT1 to LS3 Swap with new gen trans

LT1 to LS3 Swap with new gen trans
I have a 1996 z28 with the engine bay completely gutted. I was going to rebuild the LT1 but would rather spend the extra for a reliable factory feel car. I want to get the LS3 Hotcammed Motor putting out roughly 480 in HP/tq with eithier the 6l80e or TR6060.
For the motor i need the parts below
- LS1 K-member w/ ls1 steering components
- custome lines for radiator/AC/and power steering
- im going to use the exhaust manifolds the ls3 EM should work and ill custom taylor a ypipe in not i can switch to an ls1 EM and use a high flow stock replacement y-pipe with better flowing exhaust
- Speartech wirining harness with computer for the engine trans combo
- Electronic gas peddle
as for the tranny i had an auto in their and not sure wat I want to switch to.
the 6l80e will fit and has a good gear ratio selection and would bolt right in with custom crossmember mount and new cooler lines.
the tr6060 i would need pedals and all the other stuff to go along with a manual.
I plan on doing this all with some supporting mods for 12000-15000.
A rearend will most def be needed but not a concern right now.
Just want to make sure i have a complete list of parts to make the motor trans fit and tun.
I want to keep the lt1 body because it was my first car and don't want to part with it but still want it reliable. Plus its lower and lighter should be able to smoke any of the new vechiles that try to mess. Like the new 5.0 mustang.
let me know your thoughts and parts i may be overlooking?
