Right O2 sensor lean?

I keep getting this code, right bank O2 sensor lean, exhaust indication. The car has new fuel injectors and a new regulator. What would cause this code? Are the O2s bad? Also they are Bosch ones, which I hear have a bad reputation on here.

DTC 64?

The code sets when the PCM is operating in closed loop, and the sensor voltage drops below 200mV for an extended period of time. Could be a real lean condition on the passenger side, or the sensor or sensor wire could be faulty or shorting to ground.

The car's exhaust smells like raw fuel, so I would think it has enough fuel. I got a new set of GM ones on the way, and a cable to hook it up to a lap top and take some logs. Hopefully I can get some more info.

Its is your pass side o2 sensor, now change it and you'll be ok.
