Thumbs up Revolutionary Performance& Machine

I went there Tuesday and Darrel stopped what he was doing to help me with my engine. An LT1 383 that another shop built. He disassembled the whole motor in front of me and mic every thing. There shop is a very nice shop and are very nice people. I still can not believe that he tore down my engine while I watched. As I did not have an appointment or anything. He just did it. They found the problem and let my know what they were going to do to fix it. This was a motor that I had built at another machine shop that when I got the motor in from day one I had problems. RPM when I got there treated me as if they had built the motor. But they did not build the engine.
I would just like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH
They are a board sponsor and are very stand up set of guys. And strive to make there customers happy even if you are a new customer and that is not spending much money with them.

If you send your motor to them it will be in good hands. And they always pick up the phone.

Just wanted to brag a little about there service.

Thanks to all the guys at RPM for helping me right away. Hopefully you guy did not have to work to late because of me.

Thanks
Cliff

Re: Revolutionary Performance& Machine

I completely agree. It's nice to finally have a knowlegable shop here in the middle tennessee area!! I don't regularly frequent this board(usually ls1tech), but noticed this thread, and had to give them a little props. They are by far one of the best quality shops for late model F-body performance. Daryl is always willing to answer any questions i have, and he will for you too! They area awesome group of guys. Thanks again RPM!!!

TTT!

I've been out to the shop and met Daryl and crew and was impressed. Daryl is well trained and skilled (S.A.M.) and they will be getting business from me in the future.

Cool Re: Revolutionary Performance& Machine

It's refreshing to find a shop like this, when I walked into their shop last week I was made to feel like I was a big time customer........BUT IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD EVER STEPPED FOOT IN THEIR SHOP! I live on the south side of Nashville (Spring Hill) and RPM is on the north east side, about an hour away for me but well worth the drive!

They have an engine dyno that is all. As far as a dyno But the customer service is top notch and that is what really counts.
