Replacing Hotchkis panhard rod bushing?

Replacing Hotchkis panhard rod bushing?
After my gear install we noticed my panhard poly bushing is pretty much destroyed on the passenger side.
I'll be calling Hotchkis later today (it has like 60k miles on it..) to see about getting a replacement... anyone know how to change these out? Any special tools needed?
