NVetro, like I said, their customer service IS great. It is just their build quality or quality control that sucks. Both Stage 3 clutches that I got were 6 puck clutches of their new design. Their spring section is not heavy duty. Compare it to a stock center and then compare to their four cylinder models. It uses the EXACT same center section piece (exact, not similar) as their small four cylinder clutches, this is why they won't last on our cars. If they redesigned their clutches that used a spring section beefy enough to handle and last in our cars I would go back to Spec because they do have good customer service, except for the fact that they wouldn't acknowledge that I had a bad clutch and my car wasn't at fault. Once I told them how I replaced everything last time, they paused, then said well, something isn't aligned because the clutch isn't just going to blow the springs.
