Replaced window motor and does same thing! Whats wrong?
My passenger side power window was going out so today I just replaced it. I got that new Siemens motor at Autozone for $50. The worn out motor was going slower than my driver side ever since I got the car and sometimes it would craw up very slow. Now that I put that new motor in, it still is about 2 seconds slower going up and down or more. Its not the switches either.
What the heck is going on?

I have the same problem. My pass. side was noticably slower than my drivers side so i replaced it and it was still really slow. I took everything apart again and greased it still no better. I have been stumped on it.
Just get a new motor and regulator combo from the dealer at cost from a friend i think mine was like 90 or so. The replacement ones from auto parts stores do not last that long.
After time from people closing the door by the window it binds the regulator and as stated before the plastic rollers stop rolling.
