Question Removing underhatch panel- How?

Hi,

I'm trying to remove the plastic panel that clings to the underside of the hatch directly under the spoiler. How the heck do you do this?

Thanks!

Pull very carefully until you can see where the "Christmas tree" fasteners are. Then you can pry where they are to get it free.

Thanks- I think I was on the right track then.

I popped one loose- but then I couldn't figure out how to get it to pop back on. Pushing on it was useless. How do you put it back together? The fasteners look like they are supposed to slide back on a particular way- this is not the truth?

You slide the "christmas tree clips" into the slots and then just line them up with the holes and push them in...

Ahhhhhhh- maybe my clip came apart- leaving part of it in the hatch hole.

I will mess with this this evening...

Thanks!

Yeah, pull it out of the hatch and attach it to the trim panel.
