Removing motor Q...

Have the front bumper off for repair, so motor is coming out the top. Last time (in the A4) I pulled the tranny out with the motor. Is it just as simple to pull the T56 out with the motor like the auto was? I would prefer to leave it in there but if it is one of those "just-as-simple to remove it" situations I'll pull it all.

Honestly, the best way to take that motor out is from the bottom, motor and trans connected. Its not hard, just make sure everything is disconnected. The sub frame comes out rather easy.
