I have reason to believe I have a burnt valve so I am going to be removing my heads soon. One cylinder on the driver side has low compression. I think this all happened when I used a adjustable timing chain and messed up by installing my cam way off timing; so far off that I melted my pacesetter headers. I have been having this miss and 9mpg problem for a long time now. I replaced every ignition and fuel part; some more than once, trying to fix my car. Can some one guide me through what parts are need to be removed. Other than the intake, headers and heads of course. Also I plan on having the heads decked and running a thinner head gasket. Could someone let me know what gasket I should use? Thanks
