Removing air pump and hoses?!
Removing air pump and hoses?!
Does anyone know if its a good idea to remove the air pump and hoses that plug into the exhaust? also block the egr? Is this good to do or not recomended? I have MAC headers and i have the air hoses open right now, i bought them used and they already had the connections blocked off(welded shut). Help

Steve has the EGR plates. Thats where I got mine and they are great pieces.
anyone else going to help me? any where else i can buy the plates? i need them like in a giffie, i dont have time to print out a form and send it in and wait for a response, besides i dont have a printer. exactly what do i have to do to get this done?
I got a block off plate from GM and then I took the tube off the manifold ripped the pipe out of it and made a gasket out of high temp gasket material and used the plate I ripped the pipe out of as my block off (solid gasket between it and the manifold) works great.
