Removing AIr on OBDII car?

Ok,
All the searches I just ran left my OBD II self with some questions?

Header block off nuts... 22mm or 18mm?

Where do you get block off plates?

What about the hole in the back of the passenger manifold, what size is that?

Error Codes, any way to clear em off for good?

Will it hurt the CATs if they're still there?

I just got my headers installed(hooker LT's) and there are no air pump fittings. So they ditched my air pump. So far it hasn't thrown any codes.

1) Not sure, I removed my AIR and EGR stuff when I did header install. My headers have no such connections.

2) You can order a blockoff plate for the valve itself from a dealership, or Jason Cromer, or Dal, et. al. It's the LT4 EGR valve blockoff plate.

3) To block for the pipe on the back of the manifold, you can simply cut the pipe and use the plate there, with a piece of aluminum can RTVd to it, then bolt the plate back to the intake. You should also be able to do this same thing to the EGR valve if you don't want to buy a plate.

4) Error codes will continue to come back until it's programmed out of the PCM by LT1 Edit. You can contact Madwolf or PCMforLESS or any number of other qualified tuners to handle this for you, or you can purchase LT1 Edit and do it yourself.

5) I can't answer this one becuase I removed my cats when installing my headers. I don't think it would hurt, just make them take longer to come up to operating temps... But don't quote me on that.

Good luck!
