Removed intake, now what to do to clean stuff up

Hey guys,

I took of my intake to fix the oil leak out of the back, and noticed the ports were having a bit of a vacum/intake leak as the gasket did't seal the heads/intake well at all.

PCV valve and all that stuff is all stock 60k 11 year old stuff. So was the opti when I changed it, plugs, etc.

Car was running great when i changed the igniton, but it would idle a bit high specially when cold and take a while to come down to proper idle. I think that vac. leak had something to do with it.

I stripped the intake and cleaned it all, and am wondering if I can buy injector o-rings, new, as well as maybe injector seats. I'd like to use nice new stuff when I put it back together.

I took off the EGR and AIR pump off the intake and put block off plates. I assume I can remove the EGR electronics and have no problems.

WHat about the one solenoid on the pass. side of the intake, that has one hose going to the EVAP canister, and one to the TB, can I get rid of that?

Also can I run the pcv valve with a short hose out of one of the side vac. ports on the intake, and put a plug in the front?

Thanks a lot guys,

Igor.
