Recipe for a 11 sec n/a street car?

well i got me a new toy to play with. Its a 94 formula red with black interior and all the bells n whistles. I used to have an 85 t/a that i missed so i went out and got myself another. I used to have some quick cars back in high school, but money got tight so i had to stop for a while. I fell into a lil cash and want to make a car i can be proud of out of this. Ive been looking at this site and ls1 and 2 dot com and have an idea of what i want and was wondering what you all thought of my plan. Heres a list of what im looking to get, and id like to get it into the high 11s at least without any kinda nitrous or anything.

Hooker long tubes, coated, and a hooker catylitic converter back system
A vigilante or yank 3200 stall
lloyd stage 2 heads with a custom cam from him
lt4 timing chain
and im looking at a moser 9 inch rear axle with 3.73 gear
slick tire
them lt4 knock sensors
and im still looking for a place to give a good tune here around lexington

anything else you boys might suggest would be appreciated. Any ideas what this will cost if i do all this work with my brother, hes a mechanic and owes me a whole lotta favors so labor is free.

LE3 cam pulls from 2600 to 6800 RPMs in a 350 (2300 to 6500 in a 383) and should make 410 to 430 RWHP with matching heads (heads are ported and machined for larger Ferrea 2.00/1.56 valves Comp 977 dbl springs, titanium 10* retainers, locks, locators, milling, cleaning and assembly), 36-42lb injectors, 58mm TB or mono blade, GOOD tuning, etc. These com with the Comp 977 springs. Comp R lifters are also advised.

Heads and cam are $1700. This cam is similar to the GM 847 but makes about 10 more HP at peak and starts making HP sooner. Makes more HP and TQ across the board. Definitely needs gears and converter to work well in the 350.

le2 heads and cam and the other supporting mods you listed should get you there with good tuning and good driving.

As far as tuning goes I am going to take mine to Jeff Creech at Carolina Auto Masters when I go with a different setup. I have heard good things about LT1 Dave as well and he is closer to you, he is in Cincinnati I think.

Brent at TEA (Total Engine Airflow) in Bowling Green does some excellent tuning down there, as well as CNC heads and heads/intake/cam combos. They are highly recommended on the local KY Fbodies Unlimited Board . A lot of guys on our board can help you out as well.

I would say a strong rear, DR or slicks, good heads/cam/valvetrain combo, and slightly higher stall TC would put you there without much trouble. My friend is running a 4000 Yank stall in his intake/exhaust LS1 A4 98 TA and it is still very easily street driven.

Lose as much weight as you can live with. Frank95Z did that, and with the Crane 227(210/224) and stock heads ran 11s. That was with an auto.
