Not being a smart *** but what is the reason you don't like them. No one ever seems to give one.
Because every posted filter test on the internet rates them on or near the bottom in performance and construction.

Little you can do at this point. Just drive it.

New rings have to be worn in (seated) to new cylinder walls to seal properly.

Well since this post is sort of directed at my question, ill ask it right quick my motor is STILL coming along, should I break it in untuned? Because if not I will have to break it in on the dyno?

I'd be concerned about breaking in an engine that is running rich. There's the chance of washing down the cylinders and not allowing the rings to seat(Total Seal Quick Seat is our friend). Also new valve springs need to be "broken in".

No new valves "I dont think" (short story). Thanks for the info what you said is kinda what I was thinking.
