Rebuilding questions

I am buying a 90k mile lt1 engine and i am going to rebuild it and drop it into my 96 TA. This is what i want to do to it
lt4 heads(assembled)
cc306w/1.6 rr
chromemoly pushrods
lifters
I also want to replace the whole bottom end. I dont have alot of cash so i want to go cheap on the bottom end. Can i just put new stock pistons, crankshaft, rods ect in without having to bore my cylinders any? If i went with a stock crank and pistons do i still need to have my crank balanced? If so what would be the best place to find these parts. If anyone has a better idea that i should do on the bottom end please lemme here your opinion.

Can't help with the question on balancing (I THINK you always have to have it balanced), but if you use the stock size crank and pistons and connecting rods, I don't see why you would need to bore the cylinders out.
