Tearing it down right now due to I believe a spun rod bearing. I will be buying a 383 short block. Since there was metal throughout the oil system my question is, what do I need to do to the top end and what can I reuse?

- can I clean and reuse the roller rockers, lifters, & pushrods? mineral spirits?
- how to clean the heads?
- anything else?

 

I thought a search would answer this but I'm coming up empty. Thanks!
