Rear O2 not hooked up!! Help please

The rear O2 around my y-pipe on the driver side has no wire going to it. I can see where the passenger side goes through a harness and hooks up fine but the other does not seem to go into it. Just went tand got a new O2 sensor but have no idea what to do w/ it, if this makes sense to anyone and they can help me pleeeeeaaassseee do.

correct, the passenger side rear one right by it is hooked up and you can see it connect to a harness back there but the driver side looks to have the wire cut coming from it and now i dont know where to hook wires if i replace it
