Rear noise.

My Formula had developed somewhat of a mystery noise in the rear end. I'll start off to the events leading up to the noise. I had replaced the rear brake pads about 1 month ago, about a week later the tq arm bushing broken compiled with a broken tranny mount didn't make for a driving experience. When I got the car fixed it was fine for about 1 week. Now I'm starting to develop a noise from the rear end area.

It seems to be more concentrated on the passenger side. I went out tonite to look at things. There's oil on the passenger side of the pumpkin, the driver side is clean as expected. I do have a nasty rear main seal leak, I doubt it's engine oil because the tq arm is clean where it meets the rear end.

The noise sounds almost like a sticky pad. It eventually fades away in less than a minute. Then I don't hear it again till the car is parked for a half hour or more. The noise doesn't get stronger or go away when I round a curve. There's hardly any noise while in reverse. I have 107,5xx miles. The rear end fluid has not been changed since I owned the car, the previous owner did not have it changed either, I asked him.

Could the broken tq bushing/trans mount cause enough movement to put any seals out of spec?? I need some help guys, thanks.

It looks like it's coming from the axle tube and up near the driveshaft.
