Rear Brakes..werid problem (PIC)

SO i put some new (rusted) rotors on. Drove around all weekend and only half of the rotor got cleaned up? I am using new pads so thats not the problem...

I'd give it a little more time. The pads may not be quite flat. Could be a caliper problem, but I would still give it a little more time to see.

Are your pads new, I'm guessing not. Pads tend to get a taper to them, being slightly thicker on the outside edge. Replace the pads and you will be OK.

do the pads even ride there? some brakes don't use the whole rotor surface
