Car is going to get comp blue strip springs, but gonna see about .600 lift with the 1.6 rockers, question is, will the hydra rev keep the power up higher in the rpm range or is it a bunch of crap. AFR says all that hp 100, blah blah, but I read another post when searching saying that somebody actually lost hp with it. And if it is a good idea do you know what part number I will need? O, using comp R lifters.

 

It wouldnt hurt you to get one, but do I think you'd need it? No.

I know there are two different ones. One for stock lifters and one for comp r's.

id say if you were winding it up to ~7k RPM's with a 383 or something that it would be a good idea...

 

I think it's a great idea if you're running an aggressive cam and spinning it past 6500.

It won't add 100hp. You don't need it.

 

Just use some comp R lifters and youll be set.
