Rattling In My Tranny???

I installed a slp clutch in my car about 1 month ago. I haven't been able to drive the car because of a misfire issue. But now that i almost got that fixed i drove it around a little. when the car is idleing i here a rattleing noise in my tranny. Also i can sort of feel it in my seat a little. But when i press in the clutch the noise goes away. I'm thinking that this is my throwout bearing but i'm not sure. I don't think that anything is broken inside because it shifts fine. But it's worries me because of the past luck i have with cars ecspecially transmissions. What else could it be besides my throwout bearing that would make noise when my clutch is out but not when its in. If it is my throwout bearing how long can i drive it like that?

I have the same problem with my Z-28... Only at idle with clutch all the way out... Some say it can be a warped pressure plate... but not really sure

Well i don't think mine is that because i put in a new pressure plate when i put in the clutch. I hope i didn't put the tranny in wrong or something. I guess i will just drive it till it goes out on me or something.
