Bolts right in place, has 2 bullet cats where the factory setup has the passenger cat. Works good with my SLP Shorties.

Never had to pass emissions so can't help you there.

The bullet aftermarket cats are more fragile than factory ones.

Lightly gashed the passenger one over a rock(?) or something and it started rattling and stopped working.

Put a 3 inch woodsrew through it and the rattling went away but it's dead when I check it with my autotap.

A got a new bullet but it has to be welded in.
