So every once in a while i will be driving my car and it will randomly just like cut out like u hit a rev limiter or something and then it will return to normal. It can happen in any gear but mostly when in 1st or 2nd. Now i am thinking it is something to do with ignition. hopefully not the optispark but i think it has original plugs and wires on it and its got about 85k on it. I actually have new plugs and taylor wires that i plan on putting on as soon as time permits. i was just looking for any ideas that someone may have. Thanks ahead of time.

I had this exact same problem with my Delteq when one of the coils went bad. Check your coil and maybe replace it (cheap). Also, did you space it away from the head using 2-3 washers? It may be getting too hot.
