Lightbulb Random misfire of a cylinder

I have a brand new MSD coil and MSD box....my car was running awesome a week ago and now it started sputtering and acting wierd. Now it threw the trouble code of a misfire in the cylinders and it didn't name a specific cylinder. SES light is flashing the whole time i drive. Any ideas? Everyone wants to say the opti, but could it be something else?

when I bought an Accel coil it worked fine for a week. Then it lost some voltage. Started random missfiring. Replaced it with an MSD coil and all was go. Mostly coils go when they are brand new or are in hot weather. Put on your stock coil and see what happens.
