Random Misfire

Hey guys, my car tripped the "Random Misfire" code. Basically it happens when the car gets hot, and I goose it (under load, essentially). The engine hesitates and stumbles very badly. I noticed it somewhat before, but now it has really gotten bad. (Bad enough to trip the SES light). Anyway, I have been doing some research on the net and have been seeing that it may be ignition related, or possibly AIR system related? What have you guys done in this situation? Is there something on the LT1s that may cause this. Im thinking plug wires, but I'm not totally sure.

Thanks!

Most likely plug wires. Also check your coil wire. How many miles on your spark plugs?
