I just recently purchased the VFN 3" SS hood and was wondering what would be a good ram air intake to put on to fit the hood. So far I've seen the suncoast creations ram air intake, the RK Sport ram air intake, and the SLP ram air intake that were on the 96 SS's. Has anyone fitted one of these with a VFN SS hood or know another that fits well? Thanks

 

I don't know what fits but I think a lot of other people prefer to use a cold air intake. The ram air hoods has some tight bends and it sit on top of the intake where it can collect heat. Maybe someone with more knowladge can comment on the subject.
