ram air

Im going to put a functional Ram air hood ss hood on my car. would the car make more power if i put a ls1 air box/ram air or leave my k&n on it.

I think they are about the same as HP goes.

Oh the discussion!

if you have a TRUE ram air effect on an intake, you can see possibly 1% increase in HP at some speed higher than we normally travel. Other than than, it is just a nice CAI.
