Question Rained and car will not start, now STUCK upstate

Hey,
It rained yesterday, but my 94 z28 was under a car port, and when i went to start it today the car would not start. I kept trying and trying untill the battery died. The car will crank but will not turn over. When i let off the key the car sputters a bunch and shoots exhaust out of the throttle body. My cousin jumped my car for over a hour and a half and still the car would not turn over. I have no clue why, im guessing the humidity in the air. The car has gas and i checked the coil to see if it was giving spark and it is. Im stuck upstate, and need to get home... Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance for any insight, im up for any advice at this point, im so far gone in my frustration.

The humidity probably got the opti moist keep trying till you crank it or get a blowdryer and heat up the opti pull the wires out the easy side and blowdry. Hope that helps

try cleaning the grounds, especially the one on the passenger side wheel well up front.

how many miles on your opti?

could be ignition. check the coil and wires for cracks. GL.
