It's a nice piece and even if it does not cure your slop you should notice a more positive feel in your steering.

Always good to know. Is this something I can install myself? or would I be better off taking it over to the machine shop ??

I had a lot of steering slop when I got my car, took it to a mechanic and he said it needed new bushings. I decided to look at the rag joint and ordered one from Unbalanced Engineering. Took around 4 days and I got it. Put it in this past weekend and I cannot believe that it is the same car. All the steering slop is gone. It is well worth the price and only only bad thing about putting it in as those darn steering link bolts! Quite sometime and a lot of good words! to say the least

Those rivots took me literally HOURS to get out. Not mention going through a few drill bits and a couple screwdrivers. A grinder is a NECESSITY.
