Radiatory Question for LT1 swap?

Does the reverse cooling LT1 have to have a radiator specific for that motor? I am doing the swap into an older car and was curious if I had to go find an F-body radiator or something?

not that im aware of, its the water pump that does the reverse coolling work. id suggest a lt1 rad though for ease of hose fittement, that and there pretty damn good.

The f body water pump and radiator have 3 connections each[the extra one is the 'bypass' hose]not counting the 2 heater hose connections..
Corvette[for sure] and POSSIBLY [I am not sure] Impala/Caprice LT1 pumps have only 2, so swapping the pump removes the 'extra' bypass hose connection...
Not sure what you would do with the steam/vent hose that connects to the radiator just below the filler cap though..
