Radiator Help

Hey guys, wondering if anyone can help me out..,

I just put in a new rad, and i dont appear to be losing any coolant. All the hoses seem well intact and such.

The dummy light on the dash comes up and shows i have a low level in my rad. So i top it up and it comes up again... Is this due to air pockets in my system. If so how do i go about bleeding the system...

Thanks in advance.

I know this is more than what you need, but is some info. If the system is already filled, just open the bleeder screws when the system is still under pressure.

if after you bleed it the light still persists, you could have very well spilled coolant on your low coolant light. They are very easy to ruin. It is a few inches below the cap on the top of the radiator, unplugging it will turn the light off.

Thanks for the help guys.

The lil lights(low coolant) starting to bug me now. Tommorrow when it cools off ill clean it up and see if it works.

Last time i saw this light. My head gasket had gone and the motor was completely rebuilt. =)

And now it returns. Hopefully for a reason not so costly =)
