Racing my 94z, what should I suspect?

Well, it really depends.
My friend ran a 14.4 with intake.
Me personally have always had trouble.....stock best i could run was 14.7.....this was with super bald tires and a posi on it's way out.
Right now i can only run 14.1 @ 99.26mph This is with mods in the sig. The posi is really gone now(you should hear it when i do a burn-out).......best 60 i can pull is like 2.3.....which is why i am running so slow.
My guess would be 14.4 is what you will see.....remember to keep it as close to 170degrees as possible

Any launching/fuel tips?
I'm going to run 93 octane in there but only put about 6 gallons in there... save weight. Then when I launch I'm gona put it in drive, hold the brake, rev to about 1100-1250 and when the 2nd to last yellow light turns mash the gas and hope for the best. I have good Pireli Supersport S7000 tires (less than 2,000 miles). Car has been taken care of by its previous owner. I just got it at 125,000 miles. now it's at 129

Stock in my 94 A4 with 2.73's i ran a 14.3 @like 97/8 with 130,000 miles on the clock. I dont know about you but at my track we usually mash the gas when the last yellow goes?! My best RT was .524. Maybe Im wrong though. Good luck!!!!

its usually the last yellow, or a hair before it turns on for a better r/t. it depends though. Don't worry bout r/t though, making time or test and tune runs your r/t doesn't effect et. Also, you shouldn't have to do a burnout with road tires. I usually roll in front of the burnout box and when its time to go, spin them good enough to get the water and crap off of them and then rollup to the line. I never stay in the box long enough to have any smoke though. Best I pulled on stock gs-c's was a 1.9860ft leaving from idle
