Racetronix...takin' care of business

I ordered a fuel pump and harness from Jack at Racetonix in November. I had the rear end off already, so I needed the pump asap. I emailed Jack late in the (~4pm cst) afternoon, and received the the pump the next day.

Go to install the pump, but see that one of the connectors (wiring harness form the pump to sending unit) had solder in it, and would not accept the male end. My attempt to heat the solder out resulted in the connector disintegrating. Emailed Jack and explained the situation. Jack says he'll take care of it.

Next morning, new harness arrives . I go to install and find out that the harness is about 1/2" short. Email Jack with a pic and details. Jack says he'll take care of it.

Next morning, I recieved a phone call form Jack to inform me of the carrier's schedule and what was going on there. After hasseling with the carrier, the new harness arrives . Install it and everything fits perfect.

Racetronix made things right without hesitation and sent the parts I needed at their expense. Their email replies were immediate (most of the time they were within 5 mintues! ). This goes above and beyond what a vendor is 'responsible' for in my book.

The quality of their kit is awesome, and the service is awesome. Anything I can buy from them that I need I will, in an effort to support an awesome company with excellent customer service. I received an email a few days later inquiring on the performance of the pump/kit! The answer? Flawlessly .

Thanks to Racetronix for doing more than taking my credit card!

Yep, I agree -- *GREAT* customer service. I ordered a new fuel pump from them for Project Formula, and one of the wires in the harness came apart. Sent an e-mail, and got a response a new harness was on it's way. Sure enough, it came shortly afterwards. Sent an e-mail inquiring about injectors, and got a response back with very straight-forward answers, no BS, and no attempt at up-sales. Ordered a set right then and there.

One of these days I'll have to actually install the stuff I've ordered from them

I just got my dual intank pump from Jack.

One fabulous piece of equipment. i have not installed it yet but literally plug and play.

Two thumbs up.

The other thing is this guy seems tobe working 20 hours a day. i get email replies from him from every God given hour.

I too will buy from Jack in support of his good product and general feeling of confidance.

Here is my experience with them...

I cant agree with the 5 minutes response.. but its not a complaint... jeje I've just been unlocky with the communication

I ordered and got everything i needed plus what I didn't need... I was when I saw the harness... everything was plug and play... everything I needed was there.. even the glue!!! instructions were perfect and they included the accordeon tube that you should always replace...

The only thing they didn't include was the filter of the in tank which costed 5 bucks... so... I advice to buy from them...

Didn't need anything to be shipped from them which is far better than having a next day something to me... jejeje..

But I hope more vendors can take example...

Racetronix: I didn't buy the 50# injectors to you because I was out of $$$, other than that I was really interested... Thanks

New Siemens 57lb/hr high-impedance flow-matched injectors...
Check them out here:

PS. We have the new custom LT1 fuel sock filters coming VERY soon. These are the graded media type that filter down to 30 microns. This filter has the same appearance as the standard snow-white Walbro filters.
