Racetronix Customer Support is Awful

Racetronix Customer Support is Awful

I want to buy a replacement in tank harness for my Racetronix set up and they wont sell me one. They say give us proof, reciept or a picture. So I take my pump back out and take a picture. They say the quality of the picture is poor and they still won't sell me one. It took 14 emails to get that far. I like their products, but their service sucks. I'll never have another of their products in my car.

I had a technical question about my injectors and they dont even have a phone number posted on their sight. Only phone numbers are for retailers. FAIL.

I can name a tuner company that some on here use that dose the samething.

IMO, anybody that has a good for sale and does not provide direct customer support via a phone line, is not worty of my business. I did not notice this when I ordered the Racetronix injectors.

Racetronix support is extremely weak, almost non-existent. Purchase from a vendor that carries their products, same prices, much better support.

Am I missing something here????? You want to BUY something from them and you have to prove something to them before you can give them your money????????

At the very first hint of this requirement, I would have told them to stick it.

However, I don't understand why you didn't just hit the "buy now" tab on their web site and conduct your business directly on the internet. Without bringing a human into the equation.

Sounds more like you meant to write "give" instead of "buy". Your predicament seems more like you wanted a replacement under warranty then a purchase.
