Quick question on trouble codes

Quick question on trouble codes
I know my OBD1 has DTC codes and I have those listed in my manual. What are these codes (ie:PO400,P300, etc.)? Are these OBD2 specific or a special scanner type code?

Those others are OBD-II codes.
