Quick question: How long for a spring/RR install?

Any idea what the GM book calls for or how long it SHOULD take both an experienced LT1 shop or a plain jane handyman like me to do it?
Thanks guys!

It took me an afternoon never having done it before. That includes grinding of the valve cover supports and washing out the valve covers afterwards.

Cool, so about 4hrs? Just want to get an idea of how long it would take me to do it versus how much I should expect to pay a shop to do it.
Thanks

Not bad to do. I never did it before and it took me 3.5 hours.

If you have the tools you need and don't run into any unforseen problems, it should take the time that these other guys have said.

Cool guys, any idea what the GM book calls for in regards to install time? If I opt to not do it myself I'd like to be aware of how much it is going to potentially run me.
Thanks
Brian
