Exclamation Quick...need advice

I found the k&n fipk on sale for 179.99...should I go ahead and order, or pay 200 for the SLP CAI. Would power output be the same between the two or should I wait and get the SLP??
Thanks

i think the slp looks cool, but i run a k&n.i read your other post i did headers, 1.6rr, cam and street twin all at the same time thats ok, but if i did it again i'd do them one at a time.its kind of cool to see what each mod has to offer.by the way my end result was scattering the posi carrier all over my driveway.now i'm waiting for my ecm from bryan and a 12 bolt.i think you've got a good plan.do it slow and enjoy your investments. the more you do the easier it gets. alot of good people here they'll help you out.
good luck

I think the SLP is made of metal were the K/N is plastic. Somthing to think about is that you could ice down the metal and it well retain the coldness better then the plastic, but in the summer it may retain you wanted heat. I got the SLP, I like the looks and I think it help at the track with the iceing, but it also came with the car so I didn't pat for it.
