quick connect fuel lines

I'm trying to disconnect the fuel lines to the rear of the intake.
How do I place my tool (scissor type) on the lines, to remove?
I'm at a loss on how to do this.

Thanks

They are a little tricky. I went to Auto Zone and rented a fuel line disconnect tool. The clips that hold them together are insine that little metal protector thing. Its kinda tuff, it took me about a half hour to figure out how to use it. I dont think this helped you any tho, just commmenting

just take the plastic release tool put on the line out of the intake push it back in the fuel line while pushing the line toward the intake. after the tool goes into the front of the line pull the line off hope this helps
